Mimaki JV3 Printhead Installation
Many printer users had the head installation problem, testing problem and adjusting head problem ect.
Now I want to point out some cautions in the procedure of head replacement.
1. When insert the Head FPC Cable, firstly, please keep the blue side of cables face to the left.
2.Connect the Head FPC, a cable seated at and angle may short out, damaging cable and head! So please take care that they are seated correctly.
3.Re-install the damper in original position and ensure they are properly seated.
4.Then install the damper holder,head cover bracket,and head height adjustment lever.
5.Go into the service mode to complete the head replacement.
The head FPC cable insert step is very important, cause any angle may short out and lead to the head damage.
