Print Out Messy Code

Why this happened?
Generally is the
electric problem.
One of customers experienced this situation
1 month ago and found us to do the repair.
We checked printhead, headboard, main board
head cables one by one.
Finally found the headboard cable slot have
liquid, should be ink in the slot. That means once the printer start working,
the electricity was through the headboard , which lead to the printhead fired.
In my previous posts, we mentioned that
headboard damage will lead to the printhead fired with high possibility.
It is important to find the source of
problem before replace your parts.
