How long is your Dx4 Solvent printhead lifespan?
Many printers like roland, mimaki, mutoh use DX4 solvent printhead on their models.
Dx4 printhead lifespan varies on many factors. Head strikes, scratches, solvent content of ink, etc.Under the good condition, it can serve 4 years, 5 years, even 8 years.
Printer users have their own way to maintenance their printers, experienced a long time use, banding problem, out of alignment on testing nozzel, over spray ect. happened on your printing works.
Sometimes, we can replace some parts and do some cleaning based on what printing problem it is, then we found the printhead keep working!
