One particular color cannot be printed

Study Case: Roland SC500 printer

Printhead: Dx4 printhead (New head)

Situation: Cannot print color when fill the ink(jetbest bulk ink)

After installation of the new dx4 printhead and test, you found it cannot print anything. There are two consideration.

The first consideration is if the ink come through the printhead.

So we need to check as followings

• the ink line connecting the dampers
• ink pump tube can go through the ink?
• cap top is worn out?

The second consideration is the blown fuses on the mainboard.If they are blown, please replace them.
