Roland SP300V one color  printhead is out of alignment

Case Study: Black color is out of alignment.

Printer status: 7 years

Printhead status: serves several years

Advice: Change the wiper, captop and clean the printhead,flushing the ink via the maintenance option.

If the captop did not be replaced for long time, it will effect the printing quality, many customer found their captop is saturated with ink.

Feedback: the print head works well.

Sometimes, printer users got the same result although they did all the above the instructions, then we need to change a new printhead.
