Printhead Repair&Recovery Procedures

Step1: online tech assistance
Customers provide their nozzle test and description of the situation to us, we provide online tech assistance to help exclude the problems.
Step2.:Ship the parts to Us
If problem beyond the online tech support, customers ship the parts to us. We check them through meters and machines to test them.
Step3:Provide test results and videos to customers
We provide test results and analysis to you and let you know what is the problem. Meanwhile quote the charge for you as well as the repair time, shipping cost ect.
Step4: Repair
After your agreement, we start to repair.
Step5: Provide videos and Ship the parts back
We provide videos to show the parts we fixed, if the printhead, we will provide good nozzle test video from your head . After your confirmation, we will ship them back to you after your payment.

Warranty:
1.Provide 6 months to 12 months warranty for repaired parts.
2.Warranty not include parts damaged by personal operation mistake.
3.Provide videos to prove the parts status after testing and before shipping back.
4.Replaced parts are original from Japan.

Service Scope:
1. Online analysis based on customers nozzle test and descriptions.
2. Checking and testing
3. Provide testing report
4. Provide videos of testing and repair
5. Parts include printhead, boards ect.

Charge include:
Shipping cost (ship back from China to customers and replaced parts from Japan to China)
Replaced parts (price quoted by Japan)
