When we talk about this topic, there are many questions like the followings,

What about their quality?
If the 3rd party ink ruin my head, what can I do?

Before talking about the 3rd party ink quality, let's know some information about its market.
In the market, you can easily find the 3rd party ink through google or your email inbox , there are many brands, which are all can be compatible for your roland, mimaki, mutoh, hp printers and other brands printer. It is really hard to choose among those brands.

Actually, the brands dazzle our eyes , but the corresponding ink manufacture quantities are few.When the ink factories sell their ink to some agents or printer sellers, they would like to give the ink a new brand, that is why we can see so many ink brands in the market. 

Original users and 3rd party users persist in their own views on the quality.
We never doubt the original ink quality, which is already proved by manufacture and customers for years and years. 
How about the 3rd party ink? From its price view, obviously, save much more costs , some customer calculated that, if 2-4 liters per month, each year it will save several thousand dollars, means you have more profit, why not?

The key point is how to choose the 3rd party ink?
Although many users complained 3rd party ink, many users use it for years without problem, which means there is quality difference in 3rd party ink market.There are good quality and bad quality 3rd party ink in our market. The ink factories produce inks and test it on the printer, they usually divided their ink through printheads, the ink compatible for DX4 printheads, DX5 printheads ect. As we know DX4 heads used in some Roland and mimaki models , DX5 heads used in mutoh printers

Before purchasing the 3rd party ink, do some search work. 
Let's choose it simply. Choose the high reputation ink,choose the ink from direct agent of the ink factory. 
It is worth to spend time on research before your purchasing, not depend on one of the complaint or worries.
