Are the OEM printer parts reliable and will not causing the printing problems?
Many customers who owned large format printers like roland,mimaki, mutoh for printing works, usually experienced printing problems, after judging the problem, some parts need to be replaced, like printhead, head cable, wipers, motors ect. based on the error code or printing issues.
They can search the printer parts from search engine and found some of them are OEM/Alternative parts with cheaper price than originals, which save much costs at this point.But most thing they worried is the quality and service, compared printer agents like roland,mimaki or mutoh service,which provide installation service and can promise the printing performance.
What is the OEM/Alternative parts quality? Do they stand the test?
Except print heads are original from factory, other parts like wipers, dampers, cap top, ink pump, ink tube and so on , which all have oem/alternative parts in the market, these quality is acceptable and stable, customers installed them and printers work well again.
Oem parts do not only save the parts costs but also the high service charge as well as time they spent.
Have acknowledge of printer parts installation and technology of printing problem solution are the key point.
A service manual include the parts installation and error explanation.
There are also expectation beyond the service manual, but the more problem you experienced , the more you learned!
